Are Trutatva products safe for daily use?
Yes. Our products are formulated for regular use as directed on the label. They are AYUSH certified and made in a GMP certified facility in India.
Are Trutatva products Ayurvedic and natural?
Yes. Trutatva makes Ayurvedic supplements and personal care products built on traditional herbs such as Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Shankhpushpi and Sandalwood (Chandan).
Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our oils, face packs, shampoos and combs are handmade in small batches with natural ingredients. Browse the Handmade Premium range.
Are the products suitable for children?
Our personal care products are perfume-free and safe for ages 2 years and above. Capsules are not recommended for children under 12.
Can I use them if I am pregnant, nursing or on medication?
Please consult your doctor before using any supplement or herbal product if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. Ayurvedic herbs are powerful and individual needs differ.

How long until I see results from Ayurvedic supplements?
