Refund policy
Trutatva reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This applies even if the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received.
In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued, and the User will be informed accordingly.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error from the User’s side (incorrect or incomplete name/address, recipient unavailable, or any related reason), any additional cost incurred for re-delivery will be charged to the User.
Replacement / Refund Policy – Trutatva
We take strict quality measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there may be rare cases where:

A wrong item is delivered
In such cases, we will replace the item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, provided the request for replacement/refund is made within 5 days of receiving the package.
No returns or replacements will be processed after the order is completed, except for the reasons mentioned above.
